Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the 77xp platform. When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact telephone number. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 77xp will never ask for your full password via email, live chat or telephone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 77xp accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
In order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, 77xp requires all Users to complete an identity verification process before any withdrawal can be processed. This process may also be triggered at any point during the Account lifecycle at 77xp's reasonable discretion.
The following documents may be requested as part of KYC verification:
77xp aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours of receiving all required documentation. During this period, your Account may be restricted to certain functions. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is fully complete.
If you are unable to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period, 77xp reserves the right to suspend or close your Account and return any verified Real Money Funds to the payment source used for their deposit, subject to deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding liabilities.
77xp processes Account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Where other currency options are available, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.
Payment methods referenced on the 77xp platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar context for Pakistani users only. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. All bets are subject to acceptance by 77xp. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at our reasonable discretion, including in instances of technical error, odds compilation error or suspected collusion or manipulation.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question. 77xp reserves the right to use any credible and publicly available source to determine the result of any market in the event of ambiguity.
In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to rapid movement. Bets placed during a live event are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet instruction is received by our system. Delays in transmission are outside our control and we are not liable for any differences between odds displayed to you and odds received by our system due to latency.
In the event of a manifest technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds or payouts being displayed or paid, 77xp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. We will notify affected Users promptly via email.
